Magic Traphole
Counter trap
Effect: When your opponent Special Summons a monster(s)
With 2500 or less ATK, pay 2000 lifepoints; negate the Summon, and if you do, take control of it. You can only activate 1 "Magic Traphole" per turn. Your opponent cannot chain to a respond of this card except with a counter-trap.

You're a little late tbh. The fixed version now is just not that bad, though it still suffers from horrible wording. The original version included "negate the Summon" before "take control of it". How does one take control of a monster whose Summon was negated (thus not even the opponent controls it) away from the opponent? That was contradictory. The fixed version now is just an overpowered card with very poor PSCT.

How is the PSCT poor in the fixed one?
As for the first one... yeah, it has some awful wording, but I like the idea of the card itself. After all, that is what matters.

Why is the rest of the text in a separate line from "When your opponent Special Summons a monster(s)"? There is also no colon in between ATK and "Pay", which the 'p' should've been capitalized. The "and if you do" is unneeded. Those are the main problems I have left of this card.

I really liked the whole "Your opponent cannot chain to a respond of this card except with a counter-trap" with it being a Counter-Trap.

I remember Reptorian.
He once made a "Drain" card (you know, like Skill Drain, Mind Drain, etc.) and then I made a card called "Yu-Gi-Oh! Drain" and it had the following effect:
“Activate by paying 1000 life points. Your opponent cannot play Yu-Gi-Oh! and all of their attempts to do so are negated and banished.”
Which then led me to make my "Salty" archetype.
He once made a "Drain" card (you know, like Skill Drain, Mind Drain, etc.) and then I made a card called "Yu-Gi-Oh! Drain" and it had the following effect:
“Activate by paying 1000 life points. Your opponent cannot play Yu-Gi-Oh! and all of their attempts to do so are negated and banished.”
Which then led me to make my "Salty" archetype.
