Kaiouji Neputoabisu/Neptabyss the Atlantean Prince
WATER L1 Sea-Serpent/Effect
ATK/800 DEF/0
You can only use each effect of “Atlantean Neptabyss” once per turn.
(1) You can send 1 “Atlantean” monster from your Deck to your Graveyard, except “Atlantean Neptabyss”; add 1 “Atlantean” card from your Deck to your hand, except “Atlantean Neptabyss”.
(2) If this card is sent to the Graveyard to activate the effect of a WATER monster: target 1 “Atlantean” monster in your Graveyard, except “Atlantean Neptabyss”; Special Summon it.

Must be Fusion Summoned using the above Fusion Materials.
(1) When this card is Fusion Summoned: You can target a number of Spell or Trap Cards on the field, up to the number of Fusion Materials used for this card; destroy them.
(2) Once per turn: You can send up to 2 LIGHT Machine-Type monsters from your Deck to your Graveyard. In addition to this card’s normal attack, it can attack once more for each monster sent to the Graveyard by this effect during each Battle Phase this turn.

(2) If you control no monsters: You can Special Summon a FIRE Winged-Beast-Type monster from your hand.
(3) If this face-up card in your field zone is sent to the Graveyard or banished: destroy all monsters you control.

NeptAbyss is borked as fuq. It has Abyss in the name, it has the same effect as Genex Undine, it has utility in the hand, you can recruit it with Diva...like seriously, jesus christ that's good.
(C/H)ydra Fusion is a power crept version of Chimeratech imo. This is important because Chimeratech has been TOTALLY MEDIOCRE for like, 5+ years.
Fire King Island is....literally just as good to Fire Kings as Neptabyss is to Atlantean. Fixes dead in hand Garunixes, destroys and searches, punishes players for destroying it, and best of all it's a Field Spell so super searchable. Very good card.

I wish there was a way to send to send the Cyber Dragon Monsters from the deck to the Grave outside of like Foolish/the Fusion.

Rampage Dragon pretty much makes Twin Dragon obselete. This makes me sad.
