New Age Synchrocentric Empty New Age Synchrocentric

http://prntscr.com/5z7zly Probably the best synchro deck I've ever made.

With Glow-Up Bulb unbanned there was a huge emphasis on how this deck's primary engine (plants) was alive again, yet it has done nothing competitively. We can blame that on the oppressive floodgate-oriented meta, as this deck is still a very quality example of Cookie Cutter, aka 40goodcards.dek

The idea here is to get a level 1 tuner in your graveyard, and Junk and Doppelwarrior in hand, which leads to some nutty plus comboes with Librarian and formulas; also possible with One for One/Dandy comboes. Any good synchrocentric deck these days has to focus on Librarian due to how many of the best synchros in this game are power crept or banned (not that I'm complaining). Wyverburstar and Collapserpent aren't searchable except with each other but offer a strong chance to extend an opening play far beyond Libby + Formulas. Math is the only monster I'm maining 3 of in this deck because it's the only monster I want to see in my opening hand 100% of the time. I'm not maining any indiscriminate millers such as Card Trooper, LS, or Tuning because I've had some very bad experiences with the inherent inconsistency with indiscriminate milling so I opted to make it as fast and consistent as possible without any imprecise milling. Dark Armed is a strong wincon like always; BLS is interchangable if you seek damage over CA. Dragon Rulers offer good late-game opportunities. Gorz and Scapegoat are my only defensive cards, I'd probably take out the Scapegoat for another Gorz if he was at 3. Scolding, surprisingly, has had great moments.

i saw some of a arg match and a guy named jerome porter was playing plant synchro in it. it was similar to what you have there i think. he managed to do some plays where he was drawing a bunch and synchroing all sorts of stuff. it was fun to watch.

cloudcastle is a big advocate of solemn scolding.

Solemn Scolding is okay. But I'm not really a fan of it.
