Normal Spell
You can only use the (2) effect of “Galaxy Cyclone” once per turn.
(1) Target 1 Set Spell/Trap Card on the field; destroy it.
(2) During your Main Phase, except the turn this card was sent to the Graveyard: You can banish this card from your Graveyard then target 1 face-up Spell/Trap Card on the field; destroy it.
Is this a better MST? Is Konami finally releasing good, generic cards?

Better than MST? Well, this is a normal spell while MST is a quick-play; MST can do either face-up OR face-down on activation, while this not only needs to wait a turn, but can't do it on the opponent's turn. But it's an okay card.

Fantastic card. Trades responsive flexibility for overall power.

Can't match MST, but I think this is a much needed power creep of Night Beam.

I wouldn't say Night Beam is outclassed just yet. If the card cannot be allowed to chain at all costs, Night Beam would be better than Galaxy Cyclone. But, if it's simply a -1 if the card is chained (Compulsory), then Cyclone > Beam because then the graveyard effect will make up for the loss in card advantage. Also helps against floating traps like Sanctum and Reload.
