It searches everything with 1500 DEF or less. That's a shiton of things searchable by Witch. It stays at zero.

Sangan too should stay banned because it searches everything with 1500 or less attack.

That's different. In case you didn't notice, DEF is almost always lower than attack. Can Sangan search Thunder King Rai-Oh? Can Sangan search Majesty's Fiend? Witch of the Black Forest can search for more than half of everything in the game. Sangan can't compare to Witch. It should go to three before Witch hits one.

Why would I play witch?
