When this card is Normal Summoned, shuffle all removed from play cards into their owners' Decks. This card gains 100 ATK for each of those cards. When this card is removed from play, both players remove from play the top 5 cards of their Deck.

This card is currently Semi-limited (at 2) in the TCG and Limited (at 1) in the OCG. Where do you feel this card belongs?

Personal thought: Well... for starters, Pojo has voted that Gold Sarc should return to 3 (in spite of Dragon Rulers and Necroface), and I do agree that Sarc shouldn't be at anything less than 3, but I realize certain cards (those I just mentioned) might keep it back.

Now... Necroface hadn't been seeing play at 1 when Sarc was at 3, so how would this change if Necro was at 2 and Sarc was at 3? I'm doubting it'd make a splash. Most "alt" decks never do. Could Necro go to 3? Probably.

I think it could certainly go to 3 with 3 Gold Sarc. Mill decks are never consistent enough, let alone one that dies to IIW. If DD Dynamite ever becomes an issue, it is the issue (or Inferno Tempest).
