You can also Xyz Summon this card by using a Rank 5 “Utopia” monster you control as the Xyz Material. (Xyz Materials attached to that monster also become Xyz Materials on this card.) This card cannot be used as an Xyz Material for an Xyz Summon. (1) If this card attacks or is attacked, your opponent cannot activate cards or effects until the end of the Damage step. (2) If this card has a “Utopia” monster as an Xyz Material, when this card battles a monster, during damage calculations: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; this card’s ATK becomes 5000 during that damage calculation only.

Well, it's playability plummeted after we got the actual effect, stating that you have to use a Rank 5 "Utopia" monster as the Xyz Material.

I am very disappointed. Was it just too much to hope for? A nice new toy from Konami? Trolled once again...

You could always play RUM.

I suppose so.

This would be an easy out for RUM BA to run (however rare they are).
So that they can get over Leo/Yazi.
