Personal thought: Yes, gaiz, Mass Driver will have its own thread.

So, Substitoad is pretty derpy. It can legitimately mill through all of your Frogs if you so choose, which is dumb.

But, really, what can be done with Substitoad if Mass Driver is not a factor? Sea Lancer plays? Is that still to be feared?

Truly, Substitoad was not a card that I was around to play with, so I don't know where it was used outside of Mass Driver FTK, and I, thus, look forward to hearing whether or not he can return. Really, from my view, it does seem he could be given a test at 1 given that his archetype hasn't really done anything in notable memory. I'll hear arguments.

Last Will is tricky. The thing to remember about this card isn't just that you can play it and crash a monster, as well as play it and then tribute a monster; if you simply lost a monster during the turn (Torrential, for example), it becomes live.

Given the wide range of TARGETS and the wide array of decks that could play this, I feel this card is, basically, an even more powerful version of Sangan, in that it's a spell, meaning it doesn't require a set/summon, AND it puts the monster on board instead of the hand.

While I'd love to see it tested, because it is so versatile, it's so open-ended that it'd take too long to make adequate predictions in where it gets used and to what effect.

So, I'll refrain from voting until I see some arguments. My current views are that Substitoad is ready to be tested at 1. Last Will...not so much...

SUbstitoad has a FTK w/o Mass Driver and only one Normal summon. Text break down:

Substitoad+Monster=>Mill Frogs=>tribute Frog for Beelze Frog=>tribute Substitoad for Beelze Frog=>overlay for M-X-Saber Invoker=>Invoker effect, summon Amazoness Archer=>Burn for game.

You can get the inital field as easily as Special Summoning Swap Frog, One-for-One out Substitoatd, etc.
